A chance to walk around your garden, discuss your ideas and budget and have a closer look at our portfolio. Following this meeting we will send you a proposal outlining the brief, the Garden Design package to suit your needs, and our design costs.

When you decide to proceed:

Brief and site survey

A full design brief is taken to ensure the finished garden reflects your style, function and budget. Tell us everything you want in the garden and we will interpret your ideas into the final plan. We will also take lots of photos and measurements of your existing garden and an inventory of existing plants and analysis of the site.

Preliminary layout plans and elevations

After listening carefully to your needs a first draft plan is drawn up along with detailed sketches and elevations to help you get a sense of how the finished garden will look. This is the time to discuss changes you may wish to make before the plan is finalised.

Masterplan

The final beautiful layout plan showing the bespoke design of your garden. This is the scaled plan from which a landscape contractor can work. We also provide an accompanying setting out plan with dimensions and design notes outlining design details and materials.

Planting plan

As the plants really bring the garden to life these plans are the heart of the garden. Planting plans show the position, size and quantity of plants suitable for your garden. It includes a report of how to care for your plants over the coming years, and a seasonal chart to ensure the garden looks good in all seasons. We supply and plant if required.

Construction and project monitoring

We work closely with reliable and experienced landscapers. If required we can monitor the project making regular site visits and staying in close contact on all aspects of the garden works and budget.
