A garden divided into useable sections according to the amount of sunlight; a morning coffee terrace close to the house and a play lawn for the children; a central bed full of sunshine and colour and a dining terrace to the rear. The therapy studio has to be regularly accessed by clients so there needed to be an obvious and direct path to it, and a sense of separation from the private space in the garden. The owners are keen advocates of modernism and wanted a nod to it with the use of bright colours and geometry combined with function.
